Dr Cooper is enrolled with the Medical Services Plan of British Columbia (MSP). Residents of British Columbia are insured for medically required services covered by the Medical Services Plan.

Uninsured Services are those services that are not covered by the Medical Services Plan. Payment for these services is the responsibility of the patient and should be paid at the time the service is rendered.
